Payment and shipping


How can I pay?

When ordering in our web shop, you get 2% discount on all products.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

- Invoice (30 day terms)
- Advance payment
- Credit Card
- Paypal

When you log in and complete your transaction at the checkout, you will be told which payment methods are available for your country.

Invoice:
When you receive your shipment, you will also find the corresponding invoice, which usually has a term of 30 days from the date of invoice.

Advance payment:
You can pay easily by Prepayment. We handle your order as soon as we have received your payment. When transferring the money from abroad, the customer is responsible for all expenses caused by the transaction.

Credit card:

All orders can be paid with MasterCard or Visa. Transactions are processed by our payment partner Concardis. All data is processed via secure SSI encryption and no personal information is recorded.

Paypal:

You can also pay by Paypal. The payment is made as usual through the secure Paypal website. The order will be processed immediately after the order. With Paypal, customers can also benefit from Paypal buyer protection.

Please mind: all prices are net prices, excluding tax. All prices in our online catalogue are non-binding offers.

How much are the costs for shipping and handling?

No shipping costs for Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg for orders with a total value of  250€ and more!

How can I see what is inside my cart?

Just click on the shopping cart icon (top right of the page) and you can see what is inside your cart.

How can I add products to my cart?

Once you have found the right item, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on. After that, you can either continue your search or go to the checkout.

Can I edit the articles in my cart afterwards?

You can edit your cart anytime. It is possible to change the quantity, to delete products by clicking on  and to add further products.

How do I conduct a transaction?

Just click on the button  anytime to conduct your transaction. You either have to log in now or register first. Our shop system will guide you through your transaction step by step.

Is it possible that delivery and invoice are sent to two different addresses?

It is not problem at all to enter different addresses. Just add the addresses in the corresponding fields billing address and shipping address.


Find products


How can I find products?

You have several possibilities to find products in our Analytics-Shop:



General Search
Type in the items or products you are looking for into the search box. You can insert several search items by disconnecting them with the space bar. Press ENTER afterwards and you will immediately be shown all products that match your search items. Use the drop-downs to further limit your search.

Search for SKU
Use the general search box to find specific SKUs/item numbers. Just type in the SKU of the product you are looking for and press ENTER. At Manufacturers/Catalogues you can find different manufacturers and their catalogues that contain specific SKUs.

HPLC Column Configurator
If you are looking for HPLC columns, our HPLC Column Configurator is the best tool for you. It provides eight drop-downs (e.g. columns description, manufacturer, etc.) that will help you to find the right column from over 140,000 different HPLC columns.

GC Column Configurator
The GC Column Configurator provides numerous filters to find the right GC Column quickly and easily.


Quotes


How can I request a quote for one product?

Click on the "Request Quote" button on the product page. Enter your contact details and comments if necessary here. Submit your request by clicking "Request Quote". A non-binding offer will be sent to your email shortly.

How can I request a quote for more than one product?

Of course, you can also add more products to your request by clicking on "Request a quote" once again on the product page of another item. You can also see an overview of all the products you have added to your quote request in your customer account under Quotes > Open requests.

Alternatively, you can add products in your watch list or shopping cart to your quote request. To do this, click on "Add to quote request" in the shopping basket or your watch list. Enter your contact details, comments and the desired quantity. Confirm your request by clicking on "Request a quote". You will receive a non-binding offer by e-mail shortly.


Login


Do I have to be logged in to order online?

Yes, you have to be logged in to transmit your order online. Once you are registered, logging in only takes a few seconds.

How can I log in?

If you have an account at Analytics-Shop, just enter your email address and your password in the Login section.

What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password that´s no problem. Just enter your email address here and a link will be sent to you via mail, that will reset your password.


Customer account


What do I need an account for?

You have access to all items in our online shop, even if you don´t have a customer account. For ordering online you need to be logged in, though. Further, you can create your own wishlist while searching for items, if you do have an account.

How do I create a customer account?

If you don´t have an account yet, you can create one with only a few clicks here.


Data privacy


How safe is my personal data?

We take saving your private data very seriously and therefore strictly stick to all data protection laws. No personal data is saved on this page and no data is visible for others. It is generally possible to use our online shop anonymously. You just need to be logged in for a few features. Even if you pay by credit card, no personal information is stored.

Complaint/Sending back


How does complaint/sending back work?

If you have complaints or want to send back items, please contact us first. Then do the following:

  1. Announce your return by filling out this form. A return number will be issued.
  2. After receipt of the return number and clearing the circumstances with us, return the goods back to us carriage prepaid.
  3. Once we have examined the claims made, we will follow the request for credit or replacement as fast as possible.
