The Polaris HPLC columns offer a variety of polar phase chemistries that reliably separate mixtures of polar and non-polar analytes with excellent peak shapes. The polar bonded C8 and C18 phases are 100% water compatible and offer alternative selectivities while maintaining USP L1 and USP L7 compliance. Polaris Amide-C18 has the highest polarity in the Polaris C18 series, and due to the amide polar group, it shows different selectivity than C18-A and C18-Ether. The combination of high carbon loading, high purity silica and silanol shielding provides excellent peak shape and retention for highly polar samples.
