For the determination of nitrite-reducing bacteria

• Add the sample with a pipette or swab
• Pale orange medium reacts to the metabolism of the bacteria
• Semiquantitative results after 5 days
• Determination of contamination by color change in agar to red & Blistering or blackening around the swab

With this tube test, you can measure anaerobic bacteria and display the microbiologically caused corrosion. The agar consists of a semi-solid medium for the analysis of anaerobic microorganisms capable of nitrite ammonification.
