Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC)
The Gel Permeation Chromatography (GCP) is a variation of the liquid chromatography where it's possible to separate the molecules of dissolved substances according to their size. The conventional calibration solely takes place when a concentration detector (RI or UV) is applied.
