ValcoBond® and ValcoPLOT® Capillary Separation Columns meet the highest quality standards for all chromatographic parameters such as resolution, selectivity or bleeding and enable high reproducibility. Each GC capillary column undergoes individual rigorous testing to ensure these standards are met.
The unique automated processing allows Vici Valco to develop capillary columns with high temperature limits. These reduce sample entrainment and reduce cycle times.
VICI uses proprietary liquid phases to process the columns to ensure low bleeding without sacrificing optimal retention properties. These processes combined with the company's automatic deactivation of the column components, their coating, curing, bonding and networking enable Vivi Valco to produce high-quality columns.

The different product lines by Vici Valco
The ValcoBond® product line contains columns characterized by high temperature ranges and low bleeding. Vici Valco guarantees high quality, reproducible and reliable results. Examples of this product line include the columns VB-1 from 100% dimethylpolysiloxane, VB-5 from 5% phenylmethylpolysiloxane or VB-Wax, which consist of polyethylene glycol.
The columns of the line ValcoPLOT®, where PLOT stands for "Porous Layer Open Tubular", are characterized by a unique HayeSep phase. This phase reduces the running time and increases the water tolerance, which means that a wide polarity range is available. HayeSep columns consist of different stationary phases and thus offer a wide range of possible applications.
VP-alumina columns serve to analyze C1-C5 hydrocarbon fragments and thus replace the use of cryoscopic methods for their analysis. The stationary phase is deactivated by small salt crystals and is stable up to temperatures of 200 ° C. Potassium chloride produces an apolar phase, while sodium sulfate produces columns that have an increased retention of unsaturated hydrocarbons.
