ACQUITY Premier Glycan BEH Amide 130Å columns are designed for HILIC mode separations of 2-aminobenzamide (2-AB), 2-aminobenzoic acid (2-AA) or Waters RapiFluor-MS (RFMS) labeled glycans. Each batch of Glycan BEH Amide 130Å, 1.7 µm material is subjected to specific quality control using the Waters Glycan Performance Test Standard to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. The column hardware utilizes the MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS), which reduces unwanted interactions between analyte surfaces and significantly improves peak shape, recovery and reproducibility.
