Description
Spherisorb ODS1 columns are universally applicable silica gel-based reversed-phase C18 columns. The ODS1 packing has a low ligand density with a specified carbon loading of 6.2 %. Due to a wide range of particle sizes (3, 5 and 10 µm) and high-quality bonded phases for different separation selectivities, the column is recommended in analytical and preparative chromatography.
This version of the Spherisorb ODS1 column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 50 mm and a particle size of 5.0 µm.
