Description
ChromSpher Lipids columns separate according to the degree of unsaturation when a mobile phase of dichloromethane/dichloroethane (50/50) and acetone is used in a linear gradient. This column has the inner diameter 4.6 mm, the length 250 mm and the particle size 5.0 µm.
