HPLC Column VariTide RPC, 6 µm, 21.2 x 250 mm

VariTide HPLC column with inner diameter 21.2 mm, length 250 mm and particle size 6.0 µm. VariTide RPC columns use a polymer-based packing material with optimized pore size, resulting in highly efficient separation and purification of peptides with 5-60 amino acids. The wide applicable pH range also enables the separation and purification of peptides with different properties, such as acidic, basic, hydrophilic and hydrophobic, under optimal conditions with acidic, basic or neutral mobile phases.

The excellent temperature resistance (< 200 °C) and the pH range (1-14) enable separation and purification under the most suitable conditions. VariTide is a microporous system that can be used for the separation and purification of substances. The column is not made of a 'soft' polymer with microporous material, but of a 'hard' polymer with macroporous material, which ensures excellent pressure resistance and a longer service life of the column.
