RSTech HPLC Columns - HECTOR Line

HECTOR HPLC columns by RSTech are designed for HPLC, LC-MS, SFC and SMB applications. These products undergo several test to ensure high quality to guarantee consistent particle and pore distribution as well as constant pore volume and low metall contamination. Thereby HECTOR HPLC columns are well endcapped to keep reproducability and durability at a high level. Caused by a low concentration of silanols retention time and peak sharp could be increased for basic solvents. RSTech offers a wide range  of different phases, HECTOR-M, A, T, W and ACD to provide the costumers the optimal HPLC column needed for their specific problem.
HECTOR HPLC columns are based on high-purity silica with particle sizes of 3, 5 and 10 µm. RSTech provides various lengths and inner diameters. Furthermore the HPLC columns have a superb performance for a varity of applications in pharmaceutical, chemical environment and food industry.

 

1.  HECTOR - M

HECTOR-M HPLC columns from RSTech are well end-capped to ensure reproducability and durability. The enormous amount of different stationary phases support analytical as well as semi-prep values. On the hand you can choose between C18, C8, C4, NH2, CN or phenyl for reversed phase chromatographie depending on polarity of your sample. On the other hand RSTech offers Sil, NH2 and diol HPLC columns as normal phase, which are mainly used for separating acid, neutral are basic components.

2.  HECTOR - A

By introducing hydrophilic functional groups with C18 and C8 as stationary phases HECTOR-A HPLC columns are operating even at 100% aqueous conditions without collapsing the carbon chains. The HECTOR-A stationary-phase provides alternative selectivity with a longer retention of polar compounds.

3.  HECTOR - T

HECTOR-T has a higher acid and base durability than monofunctional C18. The wide range of pH conditions supports the easy optimization of separation conditions. In addition, the tailing factor of the basic compounds has been improved. The polymeric-bonded phase from trifunctional silane may be more stable than the monomeric phases at a low pH.

4.  HECTOR - W

HECTOR-W is a 300 Å wide-pore silica with C18, C8, C4 and NH2 derivarizations. This wide-pore silica is for the separation of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides. The derivarization type is selected by target compound property.

5.  HECTOR-ACD

HECTOR-ACD HPLC columns are distinguished between WCX (weak cation exchange) and SCX (strong cation exchange). Both phases are made out of end-capped, sperical particles for analytical and semi-prep values.

ChiroSil HPLC columns are especially designed for separating enantiomere solutions of various natural and unnatural α-amin acids, α-amin acid derivates and primary amines. These HPLC columns are also optimized for racematic composites amin alcoholics and secundary amines as well as drug realted primary and secundary amines.
