Photometry

Light measurement (photometry) is the method for determining the concentration of colored solutions by means of light. The infrared and UV light are used in wavelengths of 390 to 770 nanometers. In the dairy industry, special photometers, the appropriate reagents and cuvettes are needed for this application.
