Measuring cylinders

Measuring cylinders can be made of glass or of several synthetics. They have a capacity of 5 ml to 2 l. To cover the cylinder, you also can get suitable stoppers here at analytics-shop.com.

Measuring and mixing cylinders are available in three designs, defined in the standard as tall version with spout, tall version with plug and short version with spout. They base is hexagonal or round. The neck of cylinders with plugs has a so-called tube socket on the inside at the top to ensure that the plug fits exactly. The volume is measured with graduation marks or main point ring graduation, beginning with zero at the base and extending up the cylinder to the nominal volume. The measuring instruments are made of high quality borosilicate glass 3.3 by Duran.
