Restek Cyano columns use a traditional monomeric cyanopropylsilane, recommended for assays where an alternative selectivity or confirmation to a C18 or C8 column is desired. They can be used in normal phase, reversed phase (best with a mobile phase pH between 5 and 7) and HILIC modes. This column is ideal for the analysis of protonated bases.
