This column is particularly well-suited for applications such as GC/MS environmental analyses, which require an inert phase capable of operating at high temperatures. The TRACE TR-1MS column features a nonpolar phase composed of 100% dimethyl polysiloxane and is designed for high operating temperatures. It has an inert phase specifically suited for environmental analyses, making it a top choice for such purposes.
This column is applicable for the analysis of chlorinated and nitroaromatic compounds as well as various GC/MS environmental analyses. It provides excellent quality and reproducibility, with low bleed even at elevated temperatures, outstanding robustness for difficult separations, and reliable, reproducible performance.
The TRACE TR-1MS column is recommended for analyzing phthalates, polymers, and total recoverable petroleum hydrocarbons (TRPHs). Additionally, it can be used for chlorinated aromatics, organochlorine pesticides, organophosphorous pesticides, PAHs, paraffins, polywax, pyrethroids, semivolatiles, and xylenes.
