The lower hydrophobicity allows for faster elution of compounds, resulting in faster separations.

Hypersil PREP HS C8 columns use high surface area particles with a pore size of 100 Å and are available in a variety of dimensions. This includes an option for XtendedLife hardware that improves column lifetime by maintaining a uniformly packed bed.
