HPLC Column VDSpher OptiBio PUR 300 C18-E, 5 µm, 4.6 x 250 mm

All VDSpher OptiBio modifications are pH-stable over a wide range and can be used up to a temperature of 65 ° C without any problems. A high water content can be used as the eluent for all phases.
The different modifications have different properties with regard to their hydrophobicity.
The modifications C18-V, C18-VE and C18-TSE are very hydrophobic, C18 -SE and C18-E have a medium hydrophobicity. In contrast, C18-PSE and C18-H have hydrophilic properties.
