ACQUITY Premier BEH130 C18 Peptide Separation Technology (PST) columns are specially optimized and QC-tested for peptide separation. The small pore (130 Å) trifunctional bonded BEH particles provide the widest usable pH range, excellent stability at low pH and extremely low column bleed when analyzing samples for proteomics, protein characterization and peptide synthesis.
This column belongs to the Premier class of columns that deliver the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while improving reproducibility, peak shape and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes.
