The ACQUITY Premier Glycan BEH C18 AX, 2.1 x 50 mm columns are newly developed RP anion exchange columns that provide charge-based separation and highest resolution for acidic glycans. The column hardware utilizes the MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS), which reduces unwanted interactions between analyte surfaces and significantly improves peak shape, recovery and reproducibility.

The ACQUITY Premier Glycan BEH C18 AX columns are supplied with an easy-to-use MS-grade mobile phase concentrate and a Rapifluor MS assay standard for sialylated glycans to provide a complete charge-based separation solution.

This version of Waters' ACQUITY Premier Glucan BEH Amide column has an inner diameter of 2.1 mm and a length of 150 mm with a particle size of 1.7 µm.
