Description
Spherisorb SAX columns contain a silica-based quaternary ammonium sorbent. The column is USP L14 listed and is used for anion exchange separations. Due to a wide range of particle sizes (3, 5 and 10 µm) and high-quality bonded phases for different separation selectivities, the column is recommended in analytical and preparative chromatography.
This version of the Spherisorb SAX column has an inner diameter of 4 mm, a length of 125 mm and a particle size of 5.0 µm.
