These peptide mapping columns are designed to provide high- resolution peptide maps for protein identification and determination of post translation modifications. They provide the ability to quickly resolve and identify amino acid substitutions/modifications in a protein primary sequence.

These columns delivers consistent, exceptional performance for the separation and characterization of peptides and proteins, antibodies, conjugates, new biological entities, and biopharmaceuticals. These advanced biocolumns are superficially porous and have a 120 Å pore size which is optimum for the analysis of the peptides produced by enzymatic digest of proteins. The 2.7 µm particle size enables UHPLC performance on HPLC systems, which delivers high resolution separations 2 to 3 times faster than with fully porous HPLC columns.
