HPLC Column AdvanceBio HIC, 3.5 µm, 4.6 x 100 mm

AdvanceBio HIC columns provide robust and reproducible high-resolution separations of native proteins at an intact level. Based on ZORBAX's fully porous particles and proprietary binding technology, AdvanceBio HIC columns offer a new level of hydrophobicity and selectivity to target challenging molecules such as monoklonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other recombinant proteins.

Combined with the Agilent 1260 Infinity II bioinert LC system, the AdvanceBio HIC columns deliver uncompromised performance and data consistency for characterization and validation. This version of the HIC column has an internal diameter of 4.6 mm and is 100 mm long.
