Mid Infrared Polystyrene TRM for ATR Accessories

The kit includes a NIST Traceable Reference Material (TRM) made of polystyrene, which is mounted in a holder that has been specially developed for use with the ATR accessories for abscissa calibration. The material is valid for a period of 18 months from the date stated on the calibration certificate or earlier if this is specified in the user's logs. It is intended for use with single-jump ATR accessories where the active crystal area can be completely covered by the surface of the test sample.
