007-20 (each 20% phenyl substitution) is the Quadrex designation of the phenyldimethylpolysiloxane phases. The phenyl substitutions contribute to the "induced dipole" selectivity of these phases. A column coated with both phases shows excellent efficiency and thermal stability. These phases offer an excellent alternative for drug and environmental pollutant analysis where stronger rejection of aromatic compounds is required.
