Sales and Deliver Conditions

1. Terms of Delivery:

We deliver according to INCOTERMS FCA 2020 with our logistics partner UPS (UPS ground) and DHL Express.

• For orders with a total value of less than $250 the shipping & handling fee is $22.50. A low order fee of $12.50 applies for orders with a value of less than $50.
• For orders with a total value of $250 and more the shipping & handling fee is $12.50.

Please note: Additional costs may apply when ordering bulky goods or larger products.

Consignee in other countries:

Delivery only available upon request.

2. Terms of use:

Our product range is aimed exclusively at commercial customers. First time customers need to provide an appropriate certificate (business registration, extract from the commercial register) upon request. The content in our catalogue is non-binding information. The content of the catalogues are constantly updated by us. No liability is accepted for any errors. 

3. Pricing Terms:

The quotations are net prices to which taxes may be added.

4. Payment Methods:

You receive a discount of 2% when ordering online. Payments are to be made within 30 days net. You will find the different payment methods when you proceed to checkout. These may differ depending on the client relationship: Invoice, advance payment, Credit Card, Direct Debit. Debit and credit card payments are being processed with our payment provider Stripe.

5. Returns:

Should you find fault with an ordered item, please contact us first. Use the following Return Form to return the item.
