The design of the ASI QuickSplit™ Flow Splitter with the fixed or adjustable split ratio allows split flow ratios to remain stable and reproducible, and not be affected by changes in viscosity for pressure. Conventional splitters use long lengths of capillary tubing, but the QuickSplit™ Flow Splitter uses two compact fluid resistor elements which are designed as cartridges for easy replacement. The QuickSplit™ flow splitter is available in a variety of configurations including fixed split ratios from 3:1 to 20:1 or an adjustable flow splitter with a range of 1:1 to 20:1.
