The lower hydrophobic retention of Thermo Scientific™ Accucore™ 150-C4 LC columns is ideal for optimal retention of proteins and larger peptides. Particles with 150 Å pore size and solid core are used for rapid separation of biomolecules.

About the Accucore column family

Accucore columns are based on advanced Core Enhanced Technology™ and offer fast, high-resolution separations with excellent resolution and sensitivity. Although particles below 2 um typically generate high backpressures, these Accucore columns generate lower backpressures; UHPLC systems are therefore not required for use with these columns.
