Thermo Scientific™ Accucore™ PFP LC columns improve LC separations of halogenated compounds and non-halogenated polar analytes. Robust 2.6 µm solid-core particles enable fast, high-resolution separations at low backpressures. Fluorine groups in the PFP stationary phase provide improved retention and selectivity for positional isomers of halogenated compounds and for compounds with polar functional groups. Robust binding technology and automated packing procedures ensure excellent reproducibility and long column life.

About the Accucore column family

Accucore columns are based on advanced Core Enhanced Technology™ and offer fast, high-resolution separations with excellent resolution and sensitivity. Although particles below 2 um typically generate high backpressures, these Accucore columns generate lower backpressures; UHPLC systems are therefore not required for use with these columns.
