DNAPac RP HPLC column with 3 mm inner diameter, 100 mm length and 4.0 µm particle size.
Achieve superior reversed-phase oligonucleotide separations with Thermo Scientific™ DNAPac™ RP HPLC columns. The unique chemistry is designed for the analysis of oligonucleotides and double-stranded (ds) DNA/RNA fragments using LC-UV or LC-MS. The column chemistry offers excellent performance over a wide range of pH, temperatures and mobile phase compositions. In addition, the large pores of the resin ensure the clean separation of large double-stranded nucleic acids up to 10,000 base pairs.
The DNAPac RP column is based on spherical large pore 4 µm polymer resin. The phase is stable at extreme pH values (0 to 14) and temperatures (5 to 110 °C) and works with mobile phases compatible with direct mass spectrometry. The column can be used in HPLC and UHPLC instruments, producing high resolution for oligonucleotides at high throughput, and resolves both small and very large dsDNA segments. The DNAPac RP reversed phase column is specifically designed for the separation of oligonucleotides and DNA/RNA fragments. The stationary phase is fully compatible with mass spectrometry thanks to the organic solvents and ion pair reagents such as triethylamine (TEA) and hexylamine (HA). The large pores of the polymer resin enable efficient separation of large nucleic acids with low carryover.
