TSKgel DNA-NPR columns are packed with 2.5 μm hydrophilic non-porous polymer beads which are modified with a weak anion exchange group. Column dimensions are optimized for the high efficiency separation of DNA fragments, PCR products, or plasmids. Binding capacity of non-porous particles is low compared to porous particles with the same ligand functionality but resolution is higher.
