XBridge BEH HILIC columns contain unbonded BEH substrates and are designed to bind and separate highly polar compounds. These special columns have been optimized and tested to achieve efficient and reproducible separations under HPLC HILIC conditions. More robust than silica-based HILIC phases, the chemical stability of the BEH particles leads to a long column lifetime. The 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] columns are packaged in extremely low dispersion hardware. As a result, they offer exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC samples, while enabling a seamless transition to UPLC adoption.
This version of the BEH-HILIC column has an inner diameter of 7.8 mm, a length of 150 mm and a particle size of 3.5 µm.
XBridge HPLC and UHPLC columns are based on BEH (Ethylene Bridge Hybrid Particle) technology and are designed to withstand high pH, high temperatures and other extreme operating conditions, such as volatile eluents. This makes them suitable for a wide range of LC-MS analyses of small molecules and biomolecules.
XBridge HPLC and UHPLC columns are available in a variety of sorbent particles and sizes:
