XBridge BEH Shield RP18 columns complement the XBridge BEH C18 and C8 phases and provide a necessary and powerful tool for HPLC method development. The embedded carbamate group in the ligand of the bound phase provides alternative selectivity, especially for penol compounds compared to columns with straight alkyl chains.
XBridge HPLC and UHPLC columns are based on BEH (ethylene bridge hybrid particle) technology and are designed to withstand high pH, high temperatures and other extreme operating conditions, such as volatile eluents. This makes them suitable for a wide range of LC-MS analyses of small molecules and biomolecules.
