Spherisorb NH2 (Amino) columns contain an aminopropyl-bonded silica-based sorbent. The column is listed as USP L8 and is used for anion exchange, normal phase and HILIC separations. Due to a wide range of particle sizes (3, 5 and 10 µm) and high-quality bonded phases for different separation selectivities, the column is recommended in analytical and preparative chromatography.
