PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is unlike other fluorine plastics not thermoplastic. Therefore there is no deformation at temperatures of -200 to +250°C. For extrusion the use of FEP (fluorinated ethylene-propylene) is more suitable. Films made of fluorine plastic are highly resistant to temperatures, have a good electric isolation and also a high durability against chemical load or UV radiation.
BOLA Sheets by Bohlender
BOLA is a brand by the renowned manufacturer Bohlender and offers a wide spectrum of professional lab supply made of PTFE, FEP and PFA. BOLA FEP sheets are transparent, gastight and non-porous and are ideal for using as table pad or for lining drawers. They are also suitable for using as slideway or for insulation and come in rolls with a lenght of 1000 mm. BOLA sheets made of PTFE are also delivered in rolls with a lenght of 1000 mm and are white coloured. Likewise these films are temperature resistant from -200° to +250°. FEP films are available in various sizes from 0,025 to 0,25 mm; BOLA PTFE films are available in sizes from 0,05 to 1,50 mm.

Disposal Bags
Greiner Bio-One disposal bags are ideal for the hygienic disposal of contaminated laboratory items. Standard bags are made of polypropylene foil for sterilization in the steam autoclave.
