Description
Bio-Monolith Ion Exchange (IEX) HPLC columns offer high resolution and fast separation of antibodies (IgG, IgM), plasmid DNA, viruses, phages and other macro biomolecules. The family offers strong cation exchange, strong and weak anion exchange, and Protein A phases.
Bio-Monolith IEX columns allow separation independent of flow rate, reducing method development time and cost. Columns are compatible with HPLC and preparative LC systems, including the Agilent 1100 and 1200 Infinity series.
The column shown has an inner diameter of 4.95 mm, is 5 mm long and has a particle size of 5.0 µm.
