SIELC HPLC Columns

SIELC is well-known for its high level of know-how in Chromatography and offers high quality columns. The Coresep series offers HILIC / ion exchange columns based on core-shell particles, but has been transferred to HelixChromatography. A high level of performance is guaranteed with a high flow rate and low back pressure. A wide range of normal and reverse phase columns in various lengths and diameters is also available with Primesep or Promix.

The technology of the SHARC columns (specific hydrogen-bond adsorption resolution column) is characterized by the predominant formation of hydrogen bonds, which focuses on the bonds to electronegative atoms. The columns from the SIELC Obelisc series have been designed for the separation of small molecules. The bonds here are based on the liquid separation cell technology (LiSC). Legacy columns are made of octadecylsilane bound to porous silica or ceramic particles which comply with the USP regulations.
