Dental instrument cleaner

Concentrate for manual cleaning and pre-cleaning of dental, surgical, invasive and non-invasive medical instruments, rotating and non-rotating small and precision instruments as well as small endodontological instruments, Accessories and components of medical devices, both in the ultrasonic bath and in the immersion bath process.

The preparation is used in the process of instrument preparation in the dental practice, dental clinic, jaw surgery and orthodontics.

The application is for cleaning and pre-cleaning as part of manual preparation.

Material compatibility and impurities
TICKOMED 1 has a very high material compatibility.< br>Due to the mild alkaline formulation, the preparation is suitable even for aluminum and anodized parts.

TICKOMED 1 has a very high cleaning effect. In the ultrasonic bath, due to the physical support, it leads to a reduction in the time of the cleaning process in the large number of applications.

Recommended as a contact liquid for the indirect process in the ultrasonic bath for STAMMOPUR GR and STAMMOPUR Z.

Dosage and Exposure time
Dosage:
in the ultrasonic bath: 3%
without ultrasound: 5%

Reaction time:
in the ultrasonic bath: 3-10 min
without ultrasound: exposure time depending on the type and persistence of contamination, max. 12 hours. For aluminum and its alloys, do not exceed the exposure time of 60 minutes.


Temperature:
For fresh contamination, apply cold,
For stubborn contamination, it can be heated up to 60 °C.

Composition per 100g:
5-15% non-ionic surfactants,
5-15% cationic surfactants,
<5% phosphate,
Complexing agents

Product pH range: mildly alkaline

The application is diluted with water of at least drinking water quality.

Addition of additives to the cleaning solution is not permitted.

Special information
Optics, light guides and bonded parts do not treat with ultrasound.
