Hygicult E/ß-GUR, 10 tests/Aidian

The Hygicult E/ß-GUR slide is coated on one side with modified VRB agar and glucose supplement, which enables the growth of enterobacteria in the form of red colonies. The glucose also enables the growth of other species in the form of red colonies. The other side of the slide is coated with colorless ß-Gur agar. Species that produce ß-glucuronidase (such as E. coli) can grow as brown colonies on this side.
