The FOM 330 BT radio oil quality measuring device has the same properties as that FOM 330-4 oil quality measuring device. But it can do a lot more. The FOM 330 BT has a measurement data memory for up to 200 measured values. This means that measurements can be carried out in several deep fryers one after the other. The measured values are saved and can then be transferred to the PC at once - no more manual writing required!


In contrast to the standard device, the FOM 330 BT has a battery that can be connected either via USB-C Interface or can be charged wirelessly. For the latter, a device that meets the QI standard is required.

Thanks to the Bluetooth interface, the device can transmit the data wirelessly, e.g. B. transferred to an app on a mobile device. From there, the measurement data is usually passed on to a cloud-based HACCP software, where it is saved and evaluated.
