This Value HATR trough top-plate is fitted with a KRS-5 crystal, allowing for simple sampling of liquids, powders, pastes, and gels. The Thallium Bromoiodide crystal is designed for analysis of aqueous samples by ATR. Avoid use with alcohols, strong acids, and strong bases.
