Description
If using FURA 2 and BCECF, which are both excitation dyes, one drive unit (P/N L2250146) is required to fit on both pairs of filters. Both dyes can be monitored in the same experiment. If using INDO-1 and BCECF, two drive units are necessary- one for excitation and one for emission.
