For both the Series 200 Autosampler and manual injectors. Rotor seals should be replaced every 6 months-1 year.
PEEK is more inert towards amines and other basic biomolecules/ pharmaceuticals, exhibiting less sample carryover than Vespel. However, Vespel is somewhat more resilient than PEEK, providing better wear life.
