These plates fully meet the high requirements of the PCR (polymerase chain reaction). They are made of polypropylene and are characterized by very thin and even wall thicknesses. In this way, optimal heat transfer is achieved with short cycle times. The smooth insides of the cavities minimize the binding of enzymes and nucleic acids.
The plates are free of DNA, DNase and RNase.
They are available with or without a rim to prevent cross-contamination.
