About ProPac WAX-10 Columns

Use Thermo Scientific™ ProPac™ WAX-10 LC columns for exceptionally high-resolution and efficient anion-exchange separation of protein variants. ProPac columns are based on a non-porous 10 μm core particle that provides pressure stability and can resolve isoforms that differ in only a single charged residue. A thin, hydrophilic layer prevents unwanted secondary interactions. The grafted anion exchange surface provides pH-based selectivity control and rapid mass transfer for highly efficient separation and moderate capacity.

The ProPac WAX-10 columns are ideal for characterization and quality control assessment of closely related protein variants. They provide highly efficient peaks with excellent recovery and higher capacity than other columns based on non-porous particles. Their excellent cross-column and cross-batch reproducibility eliminates the problem of column variability in stability and QA/QC testing.
