Thermo Scientific™ Acclaim™ Mixed-Mode WAX-1 LC columns ensure powerful selectivity controls for the separation of anionic molecules. The silica-based stationary phase features a hydrophobic alkyl chain with an ionizable end that provides both hydrophobic reverse phase and weak anion exchange properties. This unique chemistry creates a multimode separation mechanism for the simultaneous separation of acidic, basic and neutral molecules. Selectivity is fully adjustable by changes in ionic strength, pH or organic solvent content.
