CORTECS C18 columns are universally applicable, highly efficient solid phase columns that offer balanced retention of acids, bases and neutrals at low and medium pH values.
This Cortecs column from Waters has a length of 50 mm, an inner diameter of 2.1 mm and a particle size of 2.7 µm.
CORTECS columns are available as reversed-phase and HILIC options for seven column materials with different particle properties and innovative charged surface modifications. Compared to columns with fully porous particles, they enable 20 % faster separations and 25 % higher resolution at low operating pressures.
