CORTECS C18+ columns are universally applicable, highly efficient C18 columns with a charged surface based on solid particles that offer excellent peak shape for basic analytes at low pH values.
This Cortecs C18+ column from Waters has a length of 30 mm, an inner diameter of 2.1 mm and a particle size of 2.7 µm.
CORTECS columns are available as reversed-phase and HILIC options for seven column materials with different particle properties and innovative charged surface modifications. Compared to columns with fully porous particles, they enable 20 % faster separations and 25 % higher resolution at low operating pressures.
