Description
The ACQUITY UPLC BEH SEC columns are based on the highly successful BEH particle technology and are fully optimized for the analysis of proteins and their aggregates with molecular weights from 100,000 to 1,500,000 Daltons. The complete system solution routinely delivers fast and accurate aggregate determinations that are up to ten times faster than conventional HPLC-based SEC methods. Please note that for optimal SEC separation performance, this column is designed for use in UPLC-SEC applications with correspondingly low LC system volumes.
