Description
BioResolve RP mAb columns contain 2.7 µm surface porous silica particles with an average pore diameter of 450 Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl binding process specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analysis of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Also included in this part number is a vial of Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (part number 186006552) and a vial of mAb Subunit Standard (part number 186008927).
The BioResolve RP mAb polyphenyl column has a length of 50 mm, an inner diameter of 4.6 mm and a particle size of 2.7 µm.
