The Waters Oligonucleotide Separation Technology columns are based on the second generation of BEH Technology hybrid silica particles functionalized with C18. The separation of detritylated synthetic oligonucleotide samples is based on the proven method of ion-pair reversed-phase chromatography. The availability of 1.7µm UPLC or 2.5µm HPLC particles in different column dimensions provides flexibility to meet different isolation or analytical requirements at laboratory scale and delivers excellent sample resolution and column lifetime. In addition, Waters' manufacturing and quality control procedures ensure consistent performance from batch to batch and column to column, regardless of application requirements.
This version of Waters' XBridge Oligonucleotide BEH C18 column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 50 mm and a particle size of 2.5 µm.
XBridge HPLC and UHPLC columns are based on BEH (Ethylene Bridge Hybrid Particle) technology and are designed to withstand high pH, high temperatures and other extreme operating conditions, such as volatile eluents. This makes them suitable for a wide range of LC-MS analyses of small molecules and biomolecules.
XBridge HPLC and UHPLC columns are available in a variety of sorbent particles and sizes:
