Description
BioResolve RP mAb columns contain 2.7 µm surface porous silica particles with an average pore diameter of 450 Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl binding process specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analysis of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. This article number also includes a vial with the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (article number 186006552) and a vial with the mAb Subunit Standard (article number 186008927).
The BioResolve RP mAb polyphenyl column has a length of 100 mm, an inner diameter of 3 mm and a particle size of 2.7 µm.
